My move with y'all was great. While it took a little longer than originally estimated, my movers had the most positive attitude throughout the day. They took their time when needed, but also worked efficiently. They were professional, but when we had common things to joke about they we're also very friendly. It can be a little weird standing on the side lines watching these men work SO hard while I'm just chilling, so when they bring a professional, friendly, and efficient work ethic, there can be nothing bad to say!

Only problem was getting some replies to emails by the sales force. I had to press the issue to get answer. That was a lacking point that shouldn't have happened. I was available 18 hrs a day to answer & ask questions but the opposite was not.

Adrian and Jessie were fun to work with and so strong! I cannot imagine how Adrian loaded all our stuff in the truck without damaging a single item. They spent the evening packing all our stuff yet they were very considerate in making sure we had all the comforts we needed for the night. They arrived right on time to begin loading. They were in no way haphazard. Extremely professional and you could see on Adrian's face that he was calculating continuously on how to load. In unloading, again they were great to work with. They spent extra time helping us move around the furniture and install the refrigerator. There were many tricky passages to get through without scratching the brand new white paint on the walls, but they did it. I will refer them. My son is using them this month! GREAT JOB!

The two men were very good, careful and did a great job. I see the trucks parked outside your 620 location is what brought you to mind. Used you in the past as well. Overall, great experience, well worth the cost.

Jesse and Khalid were great movers. Great communication and attitudes even through moving in 40 degree rainy weather.

The team was great! Very hard working and courteous. We had some large items that weren’t easy to move and they handled it well. Nice job guys!

I've already filled one of yhese out. I explained in detail how this move was a complete disaster carried out by guys who had no common sense poor training.

The team was very courteous and very respectful of my furniture as well as my home. They were thorough, worked quickly and informed me of all the details regarding price and approximate transit time. I would definitely use your company again and recommend it to others.

We used Two Men on a previous move and had a great experience; hence, the repeat customer. This recent move was terrible. Pat booked the move and was extremely helpful and accommodating. Moving day was a different story: the truck leaked, damaging several items, the movers were inexperienced and damaged several items of which we notified management immediately during the move. Quality Control Manager, Tyler, failed in due diligence of checking damages and told us the damage was our fault. He refused to provide the manager's number, stating the manager had no phone, and repeatedly told us that Two Men would not accept responsibility for the damage. We're extremely insulted and disgusted, given the company's promise of integrity and treating a client like family.

I wanted to give higher ratings as our moving team was really great to work with, friendly and helpful but could have used one more to help. Our biggest problem was the truck was too small for all of our belongings. We left probably 10 to 15 boxes some shelves, lawn mower and trimmer (all gas removed), tools, misc. I will be renting a truck and making a separate trip to pick up remaining items.
