Meet the Team
Jesse
Operations and Recruiting Manager
Jesse is a long time Operations Manager and also the Recruiting Manager for the Austin TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise. He loves his job and tries to bring good conversation to his coworkers when there are enough spare moments during the fast-paced daily operations. Due to his military experience, he also brings some appreciated organization.
At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Austin, we are glad to have Nick around as a local with prior moving experience. He contributes to our support staff team as a Moving Consultant. He was one of our most dependable drivers back in early 2021 and joined the CSR team in the summer of that following year. He is responsible for training various drivers with some still driving for us and another getting promoted to management.
As a long-time manager for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Austin, Dan’s job requires much patience and problem-solving skills. From a bird’s eye view, he observes the daily operations. On the practical level, he does what he can to ensure that the office environment is ‘workable’. This includes solving the problem of having one bathroom for 9 employees.
Harrison has been a steady presence at TMT Austin for the last couple of years. He always tries to assist his customers in finding the best option for their move. There are few situations that surprise him as he has seen and heard almost everything in the previous two years.
After working in the office for some time now, Michael has developed a disproportionate finger strength. He’s not the fastest typist, but accuracy and precision are his strong suit. Although he enjoys customer service, Michael is always reliable behind the scenes and prefers to be out of the spotlight. Bright lights bother his pretty blue eyes.
The Austin franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is glad to have Sean as a veteran Sales Representative. He is able to pull from years of experience in order to assist those customers who are particularly stressed about preparing for their move. He specializes in handling Interstate Moves which often require extra care during the estimating process.
Dale is one of the newer assistant managers at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Austin. He brings a winning attitude and is a good communicator. He also has obvious experience in customer service as he is able to keep an even keel in the midst of the organized chaos. We are glad to have him as part of the team here in Austin.
Eric, a veteran office administrator, knows by now that if he wants to get everything done each day, he has to wear his noise-canceling ear muffs. No longer does he have to hear the daily gossip in the office. Nor does he have to hear the manager who shares the same office singing along to his favorite country songs. But there are downsides. How many calls and texts from his wife does he miss before she has to call the office line to reach him?
Zach is one of the operations managers for TMT Austin. He spends most of his day doing spot checks on the crews but he really looks forward to stopping by the main office. He especially enjoys getting to operate the forklift and putting stickers on boxes being shipped out on Crate moves. Seeing the smile on his face is like seeing a kid open his birthday presents!
Chad has been the HR manager for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK since 2018. He is proud to be a new dad. He wants his son to follow in the footsteps of his legendary hockey playing. He can’t wait to put his little boy into a pair of ice skates, but after all, you have to learn to walk before you can skate!
Garrett has been working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for eight years. He has been a Mover, an Operations Manager and a Moving Consultant before becoming a Quality Control Manager. Garrett has a lot of hobbies when he is not at work. Although shooting hoops and lifting weights are at the top of his list, there is nothing that he prefers more than a good day shopping. Whether it's online or at a mall, this man loves to shop. He is the only person in the office that the Amazon drivers know by name.
Tucker has long held the Head of Security position for the main office. He always makes his rounds through the office to be apprised of any unusual guests. Tucker is at his sharpest before his midday meal, after which, he will more likely lie down for a nap. After being encouraged to delay his retirement a little longer, he was rewarded with a new office lounge dog bed.
