Community Service is our Focus

Each spring season TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® collectively, from around the country, go out in the local communities to gather as many donations to help a local women's and family shelter. The intention of this campaign is to be able to deliver items to them on or prior to Mother's Day, hence the campaign's name MOVERS FOR MOMS®. As this is our way of saying thank you to all the moms out there, we appreciate each and every one of you! This past year, we teamed up with organizations like Daily Juice and North Star Texas Bank as box drop-off sites to collect needed items and deliver them to The Texas Baptist Children's Home. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® strives to be more than just a moving company, we want to make sure we are a part of our local communities as well. 

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® of Austin has made a faithful commitment to give back to our community. We've partnered with the Austin Apartment Association to help various community outreach programs such as the Doc and Gayle Young Food Drive. The Doc and Gayle Young Food Drive allows us to assign our trucks and manpower to deliver over 60 tons of food to families in need of a warm Thanksgiving meal. The Austin Disaster Relief Network is another organization that we are truly privileged to be affiliated with. When a natural disaster strikes, the ADRN dives right in to assist citizens. We are happy to be able to assist them when the people of Central Texas are in need. We provide help by donating manpower and our trucks during critical times of disaster. Serving the community is something that is a huge part of who we are as a company. We are proud to assist citizens in as many ways as we possibly can. One organization that we are honored to work with is The Settlement Home for Children. This year was their 40th annual Charity Garage & Estate Sale at the Palmer Events Center in Downtown Austin. The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team was there with vehicles to transport goods from their warehouse in North Austin to the site of the event. We moved several different supplies in addition to goods that were for sale to raise money for the organization. This charity protects children who need them the most and it is a great honor to pair with them in their efforts.
