As our Customer Experience Specialist, Kinzie thrives on building connections and making sure every customer feels supported from the start of their move till the end of their move. Her upbeat attitude and dedication help keep our team running smoothly, and our customers feel at ease. She’s currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, which fuels her passion for understanding people and creating positive experiences. Outside of work, Kinzie enjoys diving into a good book and spending time with her playful kitten, Tisha. Her energy, empathy, and love for learning make her a standout part of our team! Kinzie is happy to answer any questions you have about moving!

Michael serves as the dedicated Franchise Manager for both our Cookeville and Crossville locations. With years of experience at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, he brings extensive knowledge in residential and commercial moving, as well as junk removal services. Now proudly settled in the Upper Cumberland area, Michael is passionate about helping his customers, and he’s committed to providing everyone with a smooth, and stress-free experience.

Riley has been with our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team for a few years. He is our dedicated Move Manager that always lends a helping hand. He has extensive knowledge about moving locally and long-distance. He enjoys helping our teams with any questions they have. Furthermore, he's always ready to help out our customers and make sure their moves go smooth.

Jen has 15+ years history with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. She started out as a customer in Michigan. Jen and her husband, Kevin, were so impressed with the courteous, professional, well-dressed movers that they became life-long supporters. Jen's father-in-law owned three locations in Illinois. Jen's experience as a television anchor and Medical Device sales consultant taught her the importance of being genuine and hard-working. She and Kevin are grateful for the opportunity to help and support families and businesses in Middle Tennessee!

Kevin Christensen has over 16 years of experience in the moving industry. He is dedicated to helping his employees grow and succeed. Kevin and Jen are committed to providing exceptional moving services in the Cookeville, Crossville, and surrounding communities!
