Conner, Logan, and Cameron did a great job! Moving is stressful and they did all the right things to put a worried mover’s mind at ease. They were professional, courteous, and made sure we were satisfied with our service every step of the way.

We accepted the quote despite it being much higher than local competitors, as we were under the impression that we were paying for an experienced team who would be able to move everything with minimum fuss and knew what they were doing.
The guys were pleasant enough, but had no experience of deconstructing and putting together beds. Even with the instruction manual to hand it took 3 of them far too long. Hand painted furniture was damaged, as it was left uncovered in the truck. The following day we realised that some items had been left at the old home and these had to be collected. Over-priced and under experienced team led us to be unhappy. The move took much longer than expected. After some negotiation, we were credited for most of the extra time. Too expensive for the service provided.

Our overall experience was great! The office was patient and helpful as well as courteous. The movers were on time, we booked 4 men and 1 truck, one of the younger guys banged up the door jam and a couple spots but easy to fix and he was so apologetic. We would use them again!

They did ok. They had a Trainee that was not as careful as the season workers. I did have some nicks on some of my furniture and a small tear in my couch

broke a piece of furniture that is irreplaceable to me.

worst experience with this company. used before with different moves. this time half of my stuff was not on the truck, i had multiple damaged items and still missing items which the company can't locate. no apology. how do you lose items that were supposed to be in storage? i will not use this company again and will not recommend them either.

Overall quality was good. Pricing from office staff could have been explained more clearly, and I probably would've used packing services were they offered. I was very pleased that movers could be scheduled so quickly. Mover attitude and work ethic was excellent. Items moved with dollies could have used extra protection (moving blankets) to prevent damage. Movers seemed highly reluctant to use dollies in general, which I feel made the job take longer, probably, based on my experience with other moving companies. However, other than these minor complaints, the overall service was good and I would recommend it without hesitation -- but maybe not over other companies I've used.

overall the experience was positive and timely.all items were moved in good shape,except washing machine is not working properly,circumstances of moving up and downstairs added to not properly operate which was not fault of movers. Hopefully reimbursement of this will cover the expense.

The first thing they did was stack stuff together that made scratches on our nude chairs. They went quickly instead of taking time to be more careful- they seemed to not want to listen to us on how we wanted things handled. They sweated on our furniture. Broker our piano, the main reason I hired them was to handle the piano: they did not seem to know how to do that. I have had no contact about the fixing of my piano- please call.
