The work crew was good with the head guy being exceptional ! They did damage two dressers and lost a power cord to our sleep number bed. They worked all day without complaining, but one guy left early two days for an emergency. One took too many calls from his cell phone while we were paying by the hour. All in all it was a good experience and I would use them again.

I was happy with my experience overall but after the movers left and I looked over my items again I realized the front of my washer had been damaged. The mover used an appliance dolly but picked it up with the front of the washer facing the dolly. It had been wrapped but I don’t think that should be a best practice and would advise movers move washers and dryers by picking them up with the back of the appliance touching the dolly not the front.

Would've given great review but franchise owner in ft mill sc sent truck too small even though I stressed t him while he was in my home t set up estimate needed bigger truck. He was very kind when closing on my home delayed a week dt buyer was noshow. However, he repeatedly called the 2 loaders, insisting they hurry faster dt hrs of work r regulated, and the 2 men were having t reload repeatedlt and finally I cd hear them hammering at the furniture, including the top portion of my expensive desk instead of unfasterning top at hinges, tearing into base n dragging off across. Ive bn very I'll many mos n wdnt able t see what happening outside.Slate topped table chipped several places, leg broken from 1890 Denmark cabinet. Found upon removing blankets left on damaged items. Much more, no space

The movers were really great. I did have damage to stainless steel appliances and niks in some of my furniture. Also my 2 tressal legs to my table are missing. I have made many many calls to this business trying to get someone to respond to the issues. Now again I am going to call. I believe there are numerous issues with getting anyone to care enough to do anything. Not responsive. Should care more about customers.

The day started out good and then:. Not enough room on truck (missed calculated); an hour wait for driver to get another truck. Some furniture was not wrapped and huge chips, etc. While waiting for 2nd truck, my property was put out in front of house on lawn and driveway. (Pics taken) Some rain and 3 1/2 hrs. over time allotted the workers loaded 2nd truck. When I called to complain and expected some compensation, I got a short answer 'we did our job: picked up and delivered'. She was stead fast on not listening to my issues, so customer service on the end of very long and stressful day with your company was the worst part of the moving experience.

for the most part we were satisfied with the service, I was present when one of the walls in the old home was damaged and the lead person wrote it up right away but when a few of the wall were scuffed and or damaged in the new home nothing was said which made me feel if no one saw it it was not going to be pointed out, that is an integrity situation as far as I am concerned. Things happen when moving this much furniture in an out of homes but if you make a mistake you should say something, over all the gentlemen who worked for us that day were very accommodating and professional.

Overall experience was excellent except mover broke a mirror: and the driver broke the clip while lifting it by the head on dryer and did not notify us resulting in a loose head.

The three men were polite and professional. Andre, the Supervisor, was awesome to work with. It was a good, fast move that I would do again.

Three things;
A mirror was broken. No worries, it is a $7.00 Wal mart mirror. I told them not to worry about it.
One leg on my dresser was damaged. Someone could have at least told me about it.
The knob on my BBQ is missing. It went somewhere.

Again, they were very fast and professional, and I would hire that group again.

Did you get my email from yesterday? Now our Keurig coffee maker is pouring water everywhere this was in the same box as our crock pot , I bubble wrapped my crock pot and coffee maker in the box that I wrote Fragile on in a black sharpie marker across the whole top of the box . We also have s broken bar stool on the bottom of our bar stool as well ? Can you please help me get these items replaced and the other items I have not received a call back from your person that fixes things . See below again. Last time we used your office for our move they wrapped everything in blankets and very professional and wonderful with nothing ruined or broken. When I made the appointment with your team the time was set for a 10am move . They showed up at 8 am and I had to tell them it was a 10am move . The

When I scheduled the movers 3 weeks prior to the move I requested the same team that moved my items into storage. I was disappointed that my request was not honored and I was informed that the previous team was working.
