Initially there was some delay with the agent not submitting the quote to me. After several days still never heard from him. The office person gave me a general quote but said the final quote a
Hadn’t been released yet. When finally spoke w agent, he said he had my email address wrong. Frustrating for me b/c I was trying to compare 2 companies and ensure availability. The estimate was reasonable but actual move he was off by 2 hours of work which substantially raised cost which was unexpected. It was raining during a short part of move but 2 hrs off was significant. Actual movers were fantastic friendly and careful but found discrepancies between agent and movers advice such as recommended not keeping contents in drawers. Also it was very hot and men were profusely sweating in their shirt

Kevin and Rod were both professional and maintained a great attitude throughout our move. They were able to move our things quickly and with great care. We really enjoyed working with the team.

Guys were nice dudes but not careful and didn’t bring any tools.
During my move on 8/10, none of the movers had tools so instead of taking the legs off my sofa to go through a hallway successfully, they tried to cram it through the hall, got it lodged, and tore my drywall and column up. I have pics. They couldn’t get the sofa dislodged so I told them to leave it and I had a friend come dislodge it 3 hours later. Several hundred dollars worth of damage. Door paneling will need to be replaced and column drywall repaired, and paint work done.Also, the floor of my laundry room was punctured, and the laundry room door scratched up. Another few hundred in repairs.

Additionally, because the movers did not have tools, I had to disassemble my bed and reassemble it back.

I was referred to Two Men and A Truck by a co-worker of mine and specifically Lou's team. They did not disappoint. Lou and Josh were on the ball. They moved quick, no "lolly gagging" with them. I would HIGHLY recommend Two Men and a Truck and would definitely use them again.

We had a very good experience--particularly with the movers. They were very courteous and professional, and all our belongings arrived unscathed. They were even patient with us as we asked them to help place furniture "just right." The only recommendation I would make would be to have all employees giving the same information. We were told different things by 2 different estimators regarding paperwork, and the movers had a 3rd variation. We were also frustrated with the first estimator since we were told it all wouldn't fit on the truck and we would have to either take some ourselves or get an additional truck. We hauled what was recommended with our middle-aged bodies, and ended up having about 8 feet of empty space on the moving truck. Overall, a good experience and I will recommend you.

Entire moving team was excellent. Caring, polite and hard working.

Our team was awesome! Very respectful and professional. Great attitudes and worked quickly & extremely hard! They were very careful with our items. We loved talking with them. They were friendly and introduced themselves with a handshake upon first meeting them. So impressed with such young guys. Did our hearts good to see hard working young men! We were so very impressed and thank you for making our daughter’s move absolutely flawless!

Great Job, Thomas and Jed were great. Give them raises.

The team that I had did an outstanding job. The weather was miserable (HOT) but it did not slow the team down. My experience was far better than I was anticipating. The team completed my job in less time than was estimated...You can not go wrong with this company...

Movers were excellent!! I was very pleased with all details of the move.
