I got the extra insurance but they didn't tell me that it didn't cover everything 100%. They just said up $4000+. I talked to them about moving all my TV's. I told them that I would take them and they talked me into letting them move them for me. I had a 65" QLED Samsung TV, that was less than a year old. They cracked the corner of the screen and it put lines through it. Then after 2 days it wouldn't work at all. Only got $300 something for it. Paid $3000 for it. I have a Comfortaire adjustable bed. They put it together without plug ins. I found one but they lost the one that controls the air in the bed. Bed too heavy for me to lift, that is why I got a moving company. My husband passed away, awhile back and I'm trying to do everything myself.SO SORRY I CHOSE 2 MEN AND A TRUCK

There was 3 guys, Alex was profesional and very responsible but other 2 were not as diligent as Alex. Overall they were too young and not experience enough ti handle the move properly. One of the guys dont have experince and have to be directed of what to do, the other guy was expose to the move but and in his mind the move was estimated to be in 8.5 housr and he was moving accordingly to that. There was a lot of standing around and no proactive planning. Please note I moved 95% of the boxes myself to speed up the proccess in previous date and that never improve the moving situation. I will never recomend this to any colleague at my work facility.

The two movers were awesome. They handled my piano with care despite the heavy weight and poor weather conditions. They got the piano from point A to point B with no damage and were super friendly in the process.

William and Jed were fantastic. They were fast and friendly. They moved me in less time than quoted which saved me money. They definitely know what they are doing. They take all the necessary steps to ensure that your things are safe and secure throughout the moving process. I definitely will be using two men and a truck for my next move.

The response time to the initial email and all other emails was awesome. Everything went as it was told to me or provided in the move letter. The three gentlemen that moved us were very friendly and happy and worked so well together as a team. I believe their names were John, Michael and Matt. They showed up on time, had everything they needed and got the job done under the estimated time!! I was a repeat customer so I knew what to expect and was not disappointed.
