From the first phone call to the Florence, SC office, I was impressed with Heidi's professionalism, patience and knowledge of the entire process; due to delays in construction, I had to postpone the move date several times - she was awesome to work with. Then on move day, the men (4 actually) were professional, relentless in pleasing our every expectation, careful and conscientious. I have already recommended this office and will continue to do so. Excellent service in every way.

The team leader Dennis was very professional andamp; very patient. The team Matthew and Shawn? spelling were great workers and followed the lead of Dennis at all times. They handled my possession with care andamp; ease. I was most comfortable with them andamp; when I move my items out of storage, I will be requesting these same three gentlemen. Do you offer things like putting beds together. Do you also offer a discount for using the service again andamp; a referral program. I am glad you were available to help me in the transition from the ABF Truck to the storage unit. I am a very satisfied customer. I will definitely be referring your business to others that move to South Carolina.

Very informative prior to providing services. Movers were experienced and made a difficult job very simple

They did a good job moving the furniture, including covering the mattress. They packed the clothes in my closet well in the wardrobe boxes. They did a good job packing my dishes and glasses, and most other kitchen stuff. They also moved the washer and dryer, including unhooking the water fixtures. Unfortunately, they forgot to pack the silverware and utensil drawers, and they didnandacirc;??t pack up the bathroom at all. I also had to remind them a couple of times about removing packed boxes in the utility room. Indeed, aside from moving the furniture, the whole packing and boxing process seemed very disorganized. The men themselves were very nice, and courteous, I just expected them to be more systematic and better organized.

Prices were very reasonable. Our moving crew was friendly, efficient, and competent. I will definitely use this company again.

The guys were very professional. Got job done in 10 minutes less than estimate!! Worked hard and quickly to get the job done.

The guys were so respectful. They listened when i asked questions and talked to me like i my questions mattered. We had 3 men both weeks they helped us and both teams worked together as if they could read each other's thoughts. This has been a hugely stressful time yet your company gave us assurance tnat 44 years of treadurez to me, were being handled with care and respect.
I HATE moving but this move was handled professionally and at a good pace.
