I was stressed out about moving in a short period of time. Hiedi and james were awesome at explaining everything to me and helping me as best they could. Willam was the actual packer and mover and he was really professional and nice . He made me extremely comfortable with him and his partner handaling my stuff.

My moving experience was great from start to finish! Heidi was knowledgeable, cheerful, courteous and prompt. My movers were top notch-professional, courteous and expeditiously careful with my items all while being systematic!

From my first phone call to the office to the last piece of my furniture taken off the truck, this was a great experience! The office staff were always helpful and courteous, the price was 1/3 of what another company charged to load my truck in FL, and the crew was fantastic. They (Terrance and Mathew) took special care to make sure the entire truckload of my household goods were stacked safeIy and efficiently into a single storage unit, saving me the cost of renting a second unit. I will definitely use your service again, and will recommend you to family and friends. Thank you!!

If there was a rating higher than excellent I would check that off The two men that moved my daughter from South Carolina to North Carolina we’re the most patient, respectful movers I have ever delt with. THEY DESERVE A BONUS you have two very fine workers

Overall, it was a great experience. The total price came in about 20% higher than the quote which was unexpected. Also, a few smaller items were left behind (not packed), so we had to go back through the house to gather the items. So far, I have not run across any broken or missing items. Overall, it was a good experience for a first-time major move.

Inside support ‘Heidi’ was attentive and understanding, which was great. The guys were good listeners, regarding job at hand, fast and polite. Funny thing...the majority of my load was packed boxes. All boxes were delivered to the right place, right side up based on arrows and labeling...except for the one box that wasn’t labeled (by me) at all, which was upside down...messy but no damage. I would use them again and will consider having them do the packing also.

Overall wonderful service. An end table was damaged during the move which the foreman (apologies for lack of a better term) stated he would have repaired and returned to me this week which is the only reason I selected Acceptable instead of Excellent for the care of my property question.

Even after an item was unable to fit they offered me storage overnight at no cost until I could pick it up. This turned the most stressful thing into not a big deal.

Great experience! The gentleman called to let me know they were on their way. They were very pleasant, professional and did a great job. They took care of my belongings and I didnt see not one scratch. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. No complaints. I am very pleased with the service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! From the office staff to the movers... A+ service!
