Great experience! Not one problem and the two men were fantastic! Will use again and refer any friends or family.

The two mover were friendly, helpful and tried to be careful with the furniture, however, they were not prepared to move a safe and eventually dropped it off the ramp and onto the concrete and damaged it. Also a irreplaceable lamp shade, one of a pair was packaged with some other things and was crushed. Also, a rocking chair seems to have disappeared. Still looking for it. Also, the person who estimated the move did not accurately estimate and that resulted in an overweight truck and offloading into storage and a significant additional charge for delivery of the off loaded inventory. Am not happy about that because additional charge is not in the budget. It results in our having to personally moving that material.
