Late delivery. Delivery should have been at 8:30 am and arrival time was 4:30 and it was almost 10:00 when they finished unloading. One delivery person did not speak English very well and he was the lead person. He explained very little and was rushing us to sign papers. The only damage that I had to show him was two broken crystal glasses and a busted bedroom dresser hutch. Property damage was the worst we ever had. Missing items. I am still in the process of unpacking and you are trying to to tie me down to damages and missing items.

My dining room table was damaged and I was told one truck would do it but ended up needing two. Otherwise it was great!

The guy were great, I had a few minor scuffs on my bedroom suite I told them it was ok because I didn’t want to file nor have to wait fir the matter to be resolved. Just not that next time they move make sure the bubble wrap not only cling wrap. Again thank you. I’m not one to deal with conflict nor drama.

Two of the 4 men were not in condition to move large items. Both sets of stairs in my houses were damaged. They wasted a lot of time and there was no organization. As the day went by they were increasingly agitated with each other. There was one young man who worked harder than the rest and was really the only one. I would have on a moving team. This was a complete waste of money. I could have rented a truck and 2 common laborers and got more done. Very dissatisfied with the service. There was no follow up at all from the office. This was the first time using a moving service and I have to say if this was the only service available next time, I would do it myself.

Load was great. Unload was messy and hurried and left items damaged. Unacceptable. We also supplied Gatorade and lunch for the movers. Upon driving out after they left we found Gatorade bottles and McDonald food wrappers at the end of our street.
Absolutely unacceptable. Will think twice about using your services again.

I specifically asked for the movers to be at my residence by 10:30 a.m.; however the office staff listed the arrival at 10:30-11:30 on the paperwork so the movers didn’t show up until 11:20. While the movers were in my residence they broke my desk and didn’t tell me until I walked in my office and saw it in 2 pieces. When the movers returned to the office from delivering the furniture, Clifton called me said he was waiting in the parking lot for me to sign the papers and pay. I discovered the office was still open because I called to find out the final total, she asked if I had seen the invoice sent with the movers, I said yes but they didn’t work a full 6 hours and it wasn’t until I stated that fact that she recalculated the invoice. NO WAY I WOULD USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND!!

The was good. The estimated time given for the job to be complete was way off, My price was double than what I was quoted. The movers did an awesome job, but our TV was broken in the process. But, the company reimbursed us for the damage.

Office staff (Heidi and James) were great and very helpful! The movers were nice but I feel like they definitely could’ve been more careful with the items they moved. The couch and entertainment stand got scuffed on the stairs, I know they are big items and it’s a tight stairway, but that’s why I paid to have professionals move those items. I had said that I only had about 3 things that needed moved, but when we got those done with about an hour to spare I figured it wouldn’t be an issue to use the rest of the 2 hour minimum, the movers seemed surprised and said it would cost me more to move more items (not the case).

Paid onsite. Using paper with card numbers not secure !!!
