2 things that made me give less than 5 stars:
- We arranged for 2-3 hours, and on the day they arrived at 10AM and left at 12:05 then charged us for 2.75 hours (at $250/hr).
- The Two Men and a Truck team who helped us on the pack-up stage (in a different state) charged a reasonable deposit, not the majority of the service price ahead. Why is this branch so differen

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We charge from the time we leave our office until the time that we return. If you think the guys miscalculated the time, please reach out to the office immediately and our operations manager will pull the teams' GPS report from the day of your move.
In regards to the deposit, each franchise is independently owned and operated so each location does things differently. We hope you will choose to use Two Men And A Truck again for your next move!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Two Men and a Truck. I was able to schedule and get all of my questions answered with friendly customer service. They worked quickly in getting me into the timeline and schedule that I desired, the same week! The moving team was above and beyond friendly and courteous. They took their time and care with my furniture. Top notch service!

The movers called and said they were on the way and arrived on time. They were very careful with all of our belongings, using pads and shrink wrap to protect them. Their truck was large and the equipment up to date. All three of the movers were very nice and completed the move ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend using Two Men and a Truck!!

Excellent service. The two men were outstanding... They took care in moving the furniture. Took time to assemble place the furniture where I wanted it. Truly outstanding service that I would recommend you anyone.

Over all the service was very good. However missing 2 items of great importance that was in a box with other stuff and all that was still in the box. Just not the PlayStation controller and Charger.
