I've ignored this survey twice, because I already filed my complaints with Customer Service immediately after the move. Training on how to pack & label boxes I would think is the number one goal. Some boxes were labeled "apartment" & nothing else on it. Training 101, a very basic knowledge: label "where" in the aprtmnt. & what's in the box...ie;..kitchen: dishes or master bedroom: bathroom items.

Mitch contacted me after a less than awesome experience and with his help and the second crew with Patrick I believe his name was they were awesome. Fast efficient and I was so pleased I tipped them, prolly not enough but it was all I had on me. They definitely made it right and I will and have recommended already to a coworker

The men were great and took extra care moving our home.
They even helped me with deciding where to put things. : )

Our moving team was awesome, beginning with Susan in the Florence office who was so nice and helpful. Our movers, Lance and Keshawn, were THE best. Beginning at my front door, they introduced themselves. They were so pleasant and polite. The day we moved was a scorcher in SC and they never once complained. In addition, it began to rain before they finished and they kept rolling. Awesome!

I can not say enough about Liz and her team. This is my third time using Two Men and a Truck and the quality of service has not waivered. The movers were polite, friendly and upbeat. I never heard a single foul word but only constant reinforcement that all will be well despite moving us out in the rain one day and moving us in the next day in the rain. Without question, the best movers available.

We have used your company twice. Last time was great. This time not so well. We had a good loading experience but the unload with the 2 men was not good. They wasted about 3 hrs not working and smoking alot. I had to help with my son to move the things to help the time. They also smoked and left cigars burning in grass. Lots of wasted time and ruined a lot of stuff in the process .

Your team was great from the office staff to movers. I had to make a number of changes with my move and their answer was always what can we do to make it easier. Martin and the crews moving me out and into my house were very efficient and helpful. They did a great job at protecting my furniture and taking care of delegate items. I will for sure be recommending and using y’all again!

My movers were excellent! They were both very social and very nice to me and my mother.
