I’ve already contacted the Operations Manager over a week ago & was told I would receive a return call from Jason or Matt which has yet to happen. I’ve used this company many times in FL with no issues. This time was different.
First of all.. 3 men were not necessary. Floor damage/ smoking in the truck with my belongings/ & making me feel uncomfortable about “tips” were just few things.

Quan and Atuan made a great team. Lots of muscle to do for me what I cannot do for myself! On a 4 day notice the office was able to have a team and a truck for me. Kayak, bicycle, boxes with a total house. And lots of very fragile artwork. They broke nothing absolutely nothing was broken

The guys that helped with my move were kind, courteous, and strong! (Alex and Martin or Marvin)
They had to move my heavy stuff up to the third floor...never complained once!
To say they went the extra mile is an understatement.
