The best training program
It’s tour priority to send the best crews out on each job, and that’s why all of our team members undergo extensive training before ever stepping out on the trucks. Once hired, each mover and driver begins a detailed training process to get them acclimated with the job and the best moving practices.
Day one features a dive into our training manual and training videos, followed by a second day of hands-on training for proper techniques which include lifting, moving, and padding, and stretch wrapping. Following these two days of classroom-style training, new hires are then sent out on jobs with experienced trainers to learn the ropes of moving and see how things are done. Additionally, all team members continue weekly training throughout their time with us to ensure they are updated with all current safety and best practices.
