I hired you to move a bed, dresser, bureau, mirror, nightstand, couch, and tv stand. The guys showed up and did a good job, taking breaks as needed and working safe. The problem was when they were done. With tip it was over double the quoted amount. This was a huge surprise to me. I understand it was a quote but over $800 was ridiculous to me to move 7 pieces of furniture 3 miles. Not happy!

The men were very professional and did a great job.

The lead was anxious & made me anxious. He kept saying, "and this too?" while shaking his head & sighing. He told me he worried about fitting my stuff but there was room. He said he didn't want to work until 7 knowing we wouldn't be done. He left items I felt bad reminding him about. He expected food. He groaned about the distance. The day did not need to be stressful but was. Others were great!

Our moving team was amazing!!!! They were very polite, professional, and respectful of our brand new home and our belongings. They worked so hard on a hot Sunday and never complained a bit. They did everything they could to make the move go as smoothly as possible, and we were super impressed with how they handled everything. Please thank them (?David and his female coworker) again for us!!!!

They were several hours late bc the move before me went long; they called, suggested a reschedule, but I couldn’t. They were very tired when they arrived and not happy to be doing a 2nd job that day. there was a lot of down time where they were resting; I was empathetic; job wasn’t completed until 10. I was charged for the full amt of time anyway. Couldn’t get tv mount down bc lacking a tool.

I have used two men and a truck a few times now. I won’t use anyone else anymore. Every time is always a good experience. I have to say, though, the best part of that is because of the moving team. Always very friendly, polite , and so helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants things done right.

Our move went very well. Ben and his partner (that he was training that day) were very professional, and worked hard to get my move done. I had a dresser that wouldn't fit up the stairs, and they worked at it for about a half hour, but to no avail. Ben ended up bringing it back to my old place for storage, and was great about the whole situation. I will definitely hire you again on future moves!

I thought my movers were good and they got the job done. They also took apart and then reassembled a complicated bedframe, so thank you for that! My two movers were awesome, very nice, and were able to do all that I asked and needed them to do. I will say that the move took longer than I anticipated, and I feel that there may be more efficient ways to move all the items so it does not take as long

Office staff was very professional. Movers were very nice, but scuffed/damaged my expensive dresser. Fast, professional, but somewhat careless
