I loved these guys. Everything was easy to them. They worked quickly and listened to what I said. I have already scheduled another appointment to return moved items to their original positions after having work done on the house.

The movers were very careful with everything and they were careful that they picked the furniture up carefully as to not hurt their backs. They said they had good training beforehand. Only negative is that the price is too expensive!

The young men who moved my furniture were personable, polite, and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. We actually had fun talking with them but they were working and respectful the entire time. I was very pleased with the overall moving experience.

Sarah
My 3 movers (Brandon, Trayvon, and Corey) were fantastic! On time, personable, hardworking- Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!
The only thing that was disappointing is that I have a child’s loft bed for my son and was informed by the movers that they could not reassemble it at the new house because of “liability issues”. I had specifically asked the sales team member if they disassemble and reassemble furniture and was told “anything we take apart we put back together”. Never mentioned anything about restrictions to this policy (and I had mentioned the loft bed in the quote). This was one of the reasons I chose this company, and it ended up being a major pain for me to have to find someone else to help me put the bed back together.

We apologize about the specialty bed. We do put regular beds back together, but things like loft beds, cribs, sleep numbers, bunk beds, unfortunately, don't make the cut for liability reasons. We are delighted that everything else went smoothly, Sarah.
