I spoke with the office several times but on the day of the move I was listed as "pack only", which I informed the young man that I was also moving. A few things went wrong starting with the weather (no fault at all to your company), he truck was stuck on the ice for at least an hour, the wardrobe boxes weren't sent so we had to wait for them. Both movers were very polite and professional.

Most surveys, reviews, etc. have a rating system of one (1) to ten (10) stars. The two young guys that moved my stuff & me on Saturday 2/13/2021 would get an eleven (11) if there were such a rating level (or a 12, or a 13, etc. etc.). Sgt Jimmy Hoffman USMC (ret).

The office team promptly provided an estimate on the phone and via email. The two movers arrived on schedule and were efficient in wrapping, and carefully loading, unloading, and moving our furniture items into a storage unit. They were also very courteous and polite in communicating with us. Overall, we were very happy with our experience.

I couldn’t be any happier with how the team did, especially when the move was scheduled for the same day as a large snow storm on December 16th. The team arrived on time and had the storage unit (huge 12x30) cleared out in under 3 hours and we were completely moved into our house within 2 hours after they arrived at the house. The team was polite, professional and was extra careful with our stuff.

This is the 5th time I use Two Men and this was best move yet. Shout out to Tim and Keenan who packed me up and moved me. They were caring, professional and flexible. They were COVID aware and followed the protocols. Additionally, Lisa from the office was responsive, explained everything and a joy to work with. The weather was bad at my new address and Tim and Keenan were safe and great.

I have used two men and a truck 2 x recently. Both times phenomenal customer service, these men are very caring and also watchful of the property being moved and the property they are exiting or entering. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I went to great length to mark the boxes on top and one end because we were going to 2 locations. I also mark the floor the boxes should go on. I was asked multi times by someone carrying a box "where does this go' and I have many many boxes in locations they do not belong. Also some items like our bicycles were not moved. Leg on my table saw extension was broken off. Much more but out of letters.
