The movers arrived right on time and worked efficiently. They were very professional and pleasant. They even completed a small repair job on a small piece of furniture I had. I would recommend them highly.

-Demanded cash tips right off the bat
-One of the workers was injured
-They took more than needed time to load things
-Dragged my mattress on the floor and got it dirty.
-The deposit didn’t deduct from the total amount which no one disclosed that before

All in all everything turned out good. Nice personable employees and hard working. Everything got moved with minimal small damage to a prefab desk, due to stairway.

1. Office staff- they did not clearly state that the starting time is at their site not the house to be moved, this was a 30-45 minute difference
2. Movers broke 2 pieces of dresser glass unintentionally and owned up to it (kudos to them) but they did not put the dressers at the front of the storage unit so now they are going to have to unload the storage unit in order for the glass place to measure and get the correct shape for the replacement glass.
3. Office staff said they would get back to me in regards to replacing the glass and I have not heard from them, it had been 1 week. This is not acceptable.

We are so gratful for the help you provided us in moving, but when one of the young men ripped a leather handle off of our antique World War 2 trunk we were greatly disappointed.

We had a couch that was broken by a mover. Also, we were supposed to have 2 trucks for our big move and only had one. That took our move from 4 hours to 8 hours because of the two trips that had to be taken. We wished that we had a better experience. Thank you so much for asking!

Worst experience ever!
My refrigerator washer, dryer and entertainment center were not out in the places needed.
Refrigerator-put in wrong place, arrived with dents, scratches, missing screws to the handles and broken 3 prong plug.
Washer/dryer not put in the correct place
Entertainment center-giant chunk of wood missing on corner and scratches in the top.

My friend had to remove all doors and put them back in because your movers were trying to force items through— and nearly destroying them!!
Worst experience ever and I’m refusing to pay. I’ve already had to fork out another 150 to fix the screw up your team did on my refrigerator!!

Starting with the quote not appropriate for the scope of the job, mis-communications regarding start times and overall bad attitude of the workers completing the job, this experience was jot enjoyable at all. When the crew arrived at 9:26 (expected at 8:30) the supervisor took one look and announced that this was not going to work. It went downhill from there. It was apparent that my belongs were of no concern as boxes were crushed, furniture was marked up or broken and items labled fragile were crushed.
