The movers were very slow & played around quite a lot. Not professional at all. They did not listen to me when I said to put boxes that were labeled in the correct room. I had a hard time finding my stuff at times.

My team led by Jake did a fantastic job securing and moving an antique chest. They were very careful and thorough in protecting the piece. I have used this same team at least 5 times. They always do a great job. I always request them, and have always have outstanding customer service and results.

Davion and Austin went above and beyond to help us with our unique challenge of last minute moving issues. They were very professional and helpful. If I were still living in Oklahoma I would request for them specifically to help with other moves.

An email the day or two before to confirm would be a nice way to communicate with the customer. Once a booking has been made, there's no communication until the day of, so customers get a little anxious. With automation in email and CRM's these days, seems like it would be an easy thing to do.

We do email a pre move confirmation letter out prior to move date to confirm details of the move. We will do a better job in communicating this to our customers and confirming with customers.
