The moving team I had was exceptional for our needs - there are always unexpected mistakes when people enter new environments, especially when moving. They handled that with patience in addition to ensuring our move was as smooth as possible.
My only complaint would be calling the office the morning of the move for confirmation, as the office phone was left on the desk open to hear near voices
