Isaiah and his team were very respectful, careful, and polite. They did a phenomenal job and insisted we not lift a finger despite my dad trying to help. I really appreciated it. I was kept updated and at no point was I worried about the security of my belongings.

The only thing I had an issue with is the paperwork time when the movers first got there. At least 30 min of paperwork then the movers had to go get stuff in the truck to get started. So about 45 min wasted when I'm charged by the hour. We were charged for going over what was estimated but we wouldn't have minus the 45 min wasted.

The 3 guys who loaded me were excellent. I had several special antique pieces and they were very careful and respectful of my pieces. The guys were friendly and very easy to work with. They loaded 2 uhauls for me for a 2 day 1000 mile trip. When unpacking I had no damaged items !! Can’t say enough good things about this team.

The movers were outstanding, however, the quote i was given was wat off. I was quoted $80] to $1000. The move cost me $1300.. people in the office need to be better qualified to give estimates. Unacceptable to be so far off on costs
