We were moving into the third floor of an apt building, which we disclosed while signing up, the movers acted suripsed and annoyed when we arrived at the apt building whenthey had to go up 3 flights of stairs and made serval comments about it. The movers also vocally complained multiple times about having to move our belongings up the stairs. The movers pushed very hard for a tip once they finished, I read in your policy that tips are optional but we felt very pressured to tip, he brought it up more than once and watched us sign our paperwork to make sure we did tip. Overall we felt like we just inconvenienced your team, even though we paid a very large amount of money for their services, we don’t usually pay movers and won’t be using your team again.

The 3 men who moved us were excellent! They were fast, efficient and very professional and polite. They worked great as a team and wasted no time moving our household. It was a very good experience and we recommend these men- and would want them to help us if we ever move again. A++, Thank you very much!

Having used numerous professional movers over dozens of moves, I place Two Men and A Truck at the top of their class. Every aspect of the process, from scheduling and planning to the physical move was professional, efficient, and cost effective. I absolutely will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone, for any size or distance of move. The physical move team in particular impressed me immensely. They worked hard, clearly taking great care with my possessions while also being perfectly courteous professionals.

It was fantastic. Previous movers made didn't even get all my belongings out of the house , so I had to make trips to do it my self! 2 men and a truck got EVERYTHING out and in a timely manor

Had antique china cabinet that they carefully saved till the end - they got it there in one piece with glass door windows unbroken - were just so careful but prompt in dealing with everything...they were the best.
Whatever you pay them - they deserve a bonus - I had 21 years of accumulation - much of which was fine furniture and all made it in perfect condition...
They were just the best - and it was 97 degrees!!!
