Moving teams (2 day move) on time, professional, extremely courteous and very hard working. One piece of glass broken , basement floor damaged, and difficulty with transitioning several large items into basement. However broken glass and damaged floor are being taken care of in a fast, professional and friendly manner. Thank you for helping us get through our 2 day move efficiently and professionally.

This was a mini-move to get me set up in an apartment while leaving my house furnished to sell. A larger multi-stop move is yet to come. Everything was great. The young men that cane were kind and conscientious and efficient. They took care of my items well and were responsive to my requests. The next day delivery to my our if town apartment was similar. I would use the company and the workers specifically again. (I am waiting for resolution to a problem. A week after I moved in my cable was hooked up so i finally turned the tv on and it was damaged. It looks like it had been dropped on one corner or had some extreme pressure to the screen in that corner as the lcds (?) are crunched and destroying the image. It’s reported but no response other than acknowledgement of my contact yet.)

The overall experience was good. Only a couple of things:
1. We had a 2 day move to 2 different locations and our communications with the office staff regarding the details of the 1st move were not given to the movers;
2. On the Day 2 move a piece of glass was broken, basement floor was damaged from dragging a refrigerator, and there was a delay/struggle getting 2 large items into the basement.
Other than that, the movers were on time, helpful and beyond polite. They tried their best and overall it was a successful move.
A claim was filed regarding the damaged items and the repair process has been fairly smooth so far.

I have a claim for some damages and no one has contacted me yet. Also, your estimated didn't know about any of the furniture we had moved and we had to make major room moves that could have been avoided, but in the end, I'm glad we made them. I also think your estimated didn't really think through how rough this job was for only 3 men. It should have been at least 6-10 men to do this in a timely fashion. I'm not sure if I would have saved money, but it would not have taken 11 hours with more men. I will call about the damage report and await a refund of money or a repair man to fix it.

We were very pleased with two men and a truck. They were professional and very courteous. They got the job done in record time. There was one thing I was disappointed with and that one of my gas grill wheels is missing since the move. I know it was there before we moved cause I disconnected it from the gas hook up. I didn't discover it immediately cause the weather was cold and weren't using the grl yet. But other than that we were satisfied

Words can’t describe my experience with this company! From the very poor attitude to being told I had to much stuff, clearly when I had someone come back out and revisit what I was taking. They left items behind that I did not know about, till I went back to the house! When I called the office to say that my sweeper was broken and totes, girl gave me an attitude! No one called back! So I called corporate office. Very very disappointed!!!

This was my third time Two Men and a Truck assisted me ... with the same outstanding crew of Boston, Brad and Jim. As usual, they were thoughtful and professional, pleasant and thorough. The carefully thought out the best ways to address my two-step move, addressing my needs and input. I will be moving in six months to a new condo which is currently under construction. I will be contacting the Akron facility to once again hire Two Men and a Truck. In closing, Boston, Brad and Jim are the best!

This was my first move in 27 years and I couldn't do it with family and friends with a rental moving truck. That's where Two Men and a Truck served me well. Thanks for a smooth transition.
