Meet your Youngstown team!

Bob Gomori Jr.
Bob has owned the franchise along with his father, Bob Sr., since opening in March of 2005. He is involved in many aspects of the business and is present at the franchise for day-to-day operations. He enjoys many things about the business, but he most enjoys coaching team members on how to take care of customers and exceed their expectations. Bob is most proud of the fact that the franchise has achieved more than a 98% referral rate over the last 11 years! He feels that creating a culture centered around fantastic customer service is key to the success of the business.
Paul Lockard
