I have mixed feelings about our experience. On the one hand 2 of our movers Brandon and Bam were OUTSTANDING, they worked tirelessly, were polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone! On the other hand Howie the team “leader” was rude and did the absolute minimum amount of work possible, and when he did work he grumbled the whole time. Lastly they did break a vanity.

Best way to move! Luke and TJ were super nice, friendly, and had the moving process down to a science. Truly thankful for their help. Thank you!

The experience was good until everything was placed in the U-Haul storage. If I could share pictures I would. Never seen such catastrophe. Ive been in contact with the Boardman office. Refrigerator is placed where doors are closed. We can't get to it and doors need propped open to prevent mold. Lazy boy recliner is perched on top of refrigerator! It's a disaster and I want it fixed.

I would highly recommend 2 men & a truck! Every step of the process was very easy for me. The 3 movers were excellent & handled my furniture with care. They work very quickly. They also were gentlemen.

This is the 4th. time we have used Two Men and a Truck. Office help and truck workers always professional. They were on time and the move took less time then the original quote. We will call them again the next time we need help with a move.

-overpriced with poor service and clearly poorly trained movers. Charged for 45 minute drive for less than 5 miles .
-careless loading and many boxes crushed and some picture frames broken.
-reported company policy against disconnecting washer/dryer.
-damaged woodwork in both houses.
-forgot to replace 4 interior doors before leaving and lost several shelf pins for bookcases.

At one point Luke forcefully kicked my antique chest to move it out of the way so he could put something else in its place. Not realizing I was behind him he turned around and said, “oh sorry”. I was beyond furious but I could tell that he was extremely argumentative and did not want to start a fight. They also broke/damaged multiple items (I got pictures)and rushed us at the end of the day
