The 2 gentleman were great to work with. Only problem was discovered later when the bedframe came apart. Easily fixed - but found later. Office help was OK - but mixed messages and several calls to make sure we were still planning the move.

I was pleased with the associates who moved me from my apartment to my house; however, the office staff did not come off nearly as helpful or concerned about my well-being. My scheduled window of time was delayed almost 4 hours and I had to work to get some sort of compensation for an error that was out of my control. I would expect a company with a reputation to uphold to do whatever it takes to please its customers.

We absolutely LOVED our movers! They were kind, respectful, funny, light hearted and hard working! They inspired our three boys with their strength and courtesy. We were very pleased and would definitely use TMAT again! Thank you for a GREAT and smooth moving day!
