This is our first experience hiring movers and it may be the best money I ever spent. The office staff was quick to answer my many questions. The movers were polite, friendly, and efficient. They worked with me to smooth over a small glitch and everything about the move went smoothly.

We brought everything we could move into Garage. As soon as they got there they said is this stuff on you list? I said no then I told them your office did not mention I needed to list every single Items needed moved . They said we are going to have to call office. They sat in truck and I attenped to talk to one of them who gave me a hand gesture brushing me aside. a few minutes later I talk to another mover and told them to just move stuff on list. I then had to load stuuf in garage in my brother work truck and had to get another truck from friend who lives 25 miles away to finish the job. Please refund all or some of my money asap. FOR SEVERAL YEARS I HAVE HEARD GOOD COMMENTS ABOUT 2 MEN IN A TRUCK AND KNOW SEVERAL FRIENDS WHO USED THEM. I ALSO KNOW ONE OF YOUR PAST EMPLOYEES WHO RECOMMENDED YOUR SERVICE. IT IS VERY NICE TO KNOW THAT THE EMPLOYEES HAVE FEELINGS AND WANT TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER PLEASED AND HAPPY. THE FELLOWS WERE VERY EFFICIENT, HANDLED EVERYTHING WITH GREAT CARE, AND SEEMED TO ENJOY WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DIDN'T WASTE A MINUTE OF TIME. I WOULD SURELY RECOMMEND 2 MEN AND A TRUCK TO ANYONE MOVING.

I have used your company before, for myself but this move was for my 91 year old Mother. The guys did a great job and were very thoughtful to my Mom. Thanks for a great job!

Everyone from the company was helpful and the movers we're very professional.

Both the office and the movers were very personable and easy to get along with. They took care to ensure that all my questions were answered and my expectations were met and/or exceeded. They were very careful with my personal items, gave tips on how to preserve our hardwood floors. They even moved an old washer & dryer set from my basement that the previous homeowner had left behind. While the services were slightly more pricey than I was initially expecting to pay, they were well worth it. I would definitely use them again.

I did not like that the team took big breaks during the move and at times seemed to be wasting time. With 3 men, we should have been able to complete the move and we were not. I counted about 1.5 hours wasted.

Eric and Nick were professional and on time. They both had an excellent, positive attitude even while lifting heavy furniture. I appreciated their kindness in making sure the furniture and rugs were placed exactly where I wanted them. This was my second time using this company. They made my move so much less stressful. The office called during the actual move to make sure everything was going as expected which was quite comforting. I will definitely call again!
