The young men who moved us were very professional work oriented and personable. They were most efficient. Eddie and his group made you feel like it was your sons doing the move. We had our 9 year old granddaughter here and she is very sociable. The guys treated her great as she talked and talked with them. They talked to her and laughed with her all while making the move. The men were OUTSTANDING! Their professionalism, interpersonal skills, and time efficiency was REMARKABLE! THESE young men should get an CHRISTMAS BONUS, and I will definitely seek them out, so that I may BLESS them with a gift each. The movers were incredibly patient as decisions of where to place furniture took place. The furniture pieces were large and they handled these items with care. Also, the movers moved quickly and courteous.

The movers were very impressive in that they worked diligently and quickly. I couldn't believe how fast they unloaded the items from the house and then again into the apartment. All of them were professional and Cory was OUTSTANDING. He is an excellent representative for your company. The ladies in the office/on the phone seemed to be a little less then happy most of the time, but nothing that was intentionally rude.

Everything was great with the moving portion of the service, but the ton of calls and emails about how the service was are really annoying. I actually got a call in the middle of the move asking how it went! I understand making sure the customer is happy but is it really necessary to call them a dozen times asking how things went and sending emails on top of it? If I didn’t get back with you, assume everything went perfectly fine.
Good price, nothing was broken, movers were friendly and professional, they did a great job, but please chill out on the after move contact.
