I used 2 Men and a Truck in WI and was very impressed with them. Your office staff was wonderful. The movers, not so much. When taking apart my $2,000 bed they dropped the pieces on the floor. They took 50% longer then the movers from NY and your men had less to move. They were slower than any movers I've had before. One refused to do the stairs. It took the three of them to put things in the basement. One brought 2 to 4 boxes to the door, the one standing inside the door would split the load and carry them to the second step and the 3rd guy take it from there. Really? And finally no one said thank you when I gave each a $50 tip. I would not use them again.

yes the service was great, everyone was very professional, neat, no mistakes, and the move was less than we planned only four hours, the men worked good nothing got broke we were happy with our move.

My moving team was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond at every turn. The seriously could not have been more professional, kind and helpful. I have used your company before and always been satisfied.However, I would have to say this was my best move using Two Men and a Truck. The moving team assigned to my move did everything possible to make the experience positive. I can't say enough good about them!! I will be recommending you based on this experience whenever I can!

Having never used a moving service before, I appreciated how the office staff took the time to explain the costs associated with my move. Going room by room ensured that every item I needed moved was on the list. The THREE MEN arrived on time. They were professional and polite. If boxes were not marked, they asked where to place them. I was impressed with the care the took of my Grandma's antique heirloom marble top table. Although it's survived one hundred plus years, it is fragile and priceless. I would definitely recommend your company to family and friends.

The movers were right on time. They were very polite, so very careful with everything they moved. When I called the office to set up the move they were also so polite and explained everything so well. The 2 young gentleman that moved our things were absolutely wonderful. I will recommend this company to all my friends. Thank you for a non stressful experience.

No problems in past. Last use, informed by office that truck would be at pick up site at 8:30 with two hour minimum. At 9:15 called office and was told there was a two hour window 8:30-10:30 in which they will show. Not my understanding and it did complicate morning plans. Movers showed at 9:45. Move completed efficiently. Also noted, the estimate on the paperwork I was asked to sign was for 2 1/2 hours, not 2. The whole move took 30-45 minutes.

The inventory list was my hang up. This wasn't explained clearly to me. I was only offered a walk through of the house 2 days before the move and given a time I could not make work. If I would have known that a walk through could have been done I would have had someone come through right away.
