The guys were great, got everything moved in that we needed.

I am very pleased with the service. The men were careful and friendly.

I had an appointment at 8 am but they didn’t come until 8:45am. Then when I called at 8am (because last time I used your services I had a lady calling me the day before confirming my appointment and I didn’t get one this time) the lady couldn’t find my reservation at first and then said they were on their way and then promptly hung up on me. I didn’t know how late they were going to be to know if I could run errands or not. I had to push back my scheduled walk through with the complex and then the mover tact on an extra 30minutes to my time. Saying that he had to due to port to port policy. Even though the port is only 5 minutes away from my house. I felt taken advantage of and I won’t be using your services again.

We could NOT be any happier with our moving experience! We were in the unfortunate position of selling and moving our Mom's home which she had lived in for 30 years. Zach, Kody, and Alex made the moving day painless. They called us, they were polite and pleasant during the entire day and worked diligently. Our Mom had some challenging pieces to move and they handled it professionally and graciously. As we transported many pieces to a storage facility, for me to go through later, they stacked the everything in such a way that I will be able to safely manage it without killing myself. On top of all the expertise they brought to the job, their attitude was by far their asset! All three of these young men made your company proud and should be considered for advancement. Thank you! Gary and randy were great and did everything in an efficient manner! They were very friendly and made the moving process extreme easy and stress free, even in a already stress situation. I would use you guys to move again, I’d make sure to have the same two gentlemen as well!

The movers were great! They called ahead of time to provide an eta, they arrived on time, they explained their contract, they worked very hard and efficiently, they handled my belonging with great care, they were very professional and courteous, and they did everything that I asked and needed. I’m very impressed with their kindness, hard work ethic, and overall job. Ben and Ryan from the Mason, OH base are wonderful!
