moving team was very patient during my move. never felt hurried especially in view of the fact that I was late arriving at the destination. before the move I called company twice inquiring about setting up the move. twice I was told that I would be called back but was not. third time I the person took care of everything while I was on the line. hope you find this helpful.

I felt I paid a lot for the little bit of moving I had to do. A couch was the only large piece and it only took 1 Hour.

These men were very professional andamp; friendly. The only thing I didn't like is that they won't unhook the washer andamp; dryer. Had to have my cousin do it andamp; it seems he didn't completely shut off the water, so the manager told me. Went back to the apartment a few days later andamp; part of the carpet was soaked. I would've rather had somebody that knew what they were doing as I'm alone andamp; can't do some of these things myself.

On a very cold day, your employees did an excellent job, were very friendly, highly professional, and extremely efficient.

most significantly---the movers were friendly and conscientious ---they introduced themselves were helpful---they were careful with the items to be moved---a lot of them and it was easier because of their good attitude

The day started out a little slow. The movers spent an hour and 20 minutes in the first stop when it should have been a half hour to 45 minutes at the most. The end result was good. The time spend on moving was as expected with the amount of stops. We really appreciate the multiple stops and patience of the movers and the moving company. Mariah, in the office was amazing getting the whole move organized and accomodating the multiple drops and pick ups.
