One of my book shelves was scratched, noticeably. I just wish they would have told us and not waited until we found it. Otherwise, they were wonderful. Very nice men.

The only problem I had was that the office told me the truck would be arriving between 8 and 9am. When it wasn't there at 9:30 I called only to be told the arrival time was between 9:30 and 11:30. There is a 2 hour window. Fine, except the office told me between 8 and 9 so I got up at 6:30 to be ready. Poor communication. The movers were great, the office...not so much.

Dave and his crew of very professional very polite went through the entire move what we're moving and placed it where I needed to be placed excellent crew you have working for you it's hard to find people who are dedicated in the kind of work they do it's hard work and they don't get enough credit for it thank you

Booking the move was very easy. Office follow up was prompt, courteous, and informative. The onsite visit person missed the estimate in regards to volume of the move. However, the men who showed up were extremely capable, upbeat and courteous and essentially saved the day. We should have had 2 more people. Like I said though, Chuck, Greg, Dakota, and Eric were excellent to work with and made the move as enjoyable as possible.

Your movers were Brandon and his brother Chad. I didn't think they would ever be able to get my huge treadmill out of one historic house into another--so many twists and turns. They were patient, ingenious, careful problem solvers and did a PERFECT job. I could not be happier. Elaine
