I was thoroughly satisfied with TM&T. The office staff was very helpful. They explained everything thoroughly and even contacted me with the option for an earlier time window, which I gladly accepted.
The moving team was exceptional. They were early in my time window. They plastic wrapped all of my furniture with drawers and doors. Were very careful and quick. I am sure they will take care of my next move. Thank you all for a much less than expected stress level!

I think the 3 movers had a good attitude but they did a few things that cost me money and time. They pushed the button in on an old filing cabinet that I had no keys for making it unsellable. If they had asked, I would have told them. They took out 4 drawers from desks that wer inadvertently not cleaned out. If they had said something, we could have put the stuff in boxes I had available. Or they could have carried the drawers out in the 15 minutes I had left on the clock when they finished. I am over 65 and had both knees replaced. It was difficult for me to do it after they left. They seem to not be able to communicate issues that cost me time and money even though I tipped them when finished.

I do believe your foreman of the group is one of the hardest workers I have known

Movers were great but when it came time to pay and I wanted to use my credit card they had to call in to the office to run my card and it took several calls to different offices till someone finally answered to run my card. Should have a better way to take credit cards.

We had a large move and the guys worked hard for nearly 12 hours. Items were put where we asked them to place it. The men were courteous and polite and easy to work with. We've used them with all our moves and they always surpass our previous experience. Wonderful job!

They moved a heavy antique piano with great care. They were polite, professional and efficient

Our experience was excellent from beginning to end! Everyone in the Sylvania office was very helpful on the phone, especially Michelle. Shawn and Kevin were excellent movers. They were top notch representatives of your company!

Movers got delayed because of issues with the job before mine and I was not notified, I had to keep calling. Scheduled time was 1-3 and they arrived at 615. Other than that the movers were great and I would recommend to anyone. Just suggest that if there is going to be delay, customer is notified.
