3 guys and know one knew how to take a fridge apart until boss came.
One guy hurt himself and another stopped to text every time he went back to truck. At over $3.00 a minute for your service I don’t think this is appropriate. The other guy complained how he didn’t get anything eat before Sean dropped him off to replace the hurt mover. Can’t recommend two men and a truck

I do apologize for the unforeseen injury on your move, as well as the men not feeling confident in disassembling your fridge. The driver did call our office right away to express the issues they were faced with. Shaun our operations manager was dispatched to your location with a replacement for the man that was injured. I do see that a 1.25-hour adjustment was taken off of your final bill for the on-the-spot training provided to the crew to build the men's confidence in the disassembly of the fridge. Very pleased with the move, arrived on time, listened to my 92 yr. old mother's (whom they were moving) concerns about her possessions and went about their business protecting everything. Continually communicated with mom throughout the move,

Very disappointed. I must have had the worst pick of the day, even though I scheduled 2 months ahead of time. Both movers were very inexperienced. Four pieces broken total. I've been refunded for one TV Stand cost already. The movers placed my dresser and desk up as if it was good.. only to literally TOPPLE over as soon as something was set on top. 50% of my stuff is ruined.

Everything was absolutely fabulous! From working with office staff and scheduling to the actual moving of my furniture, I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Polite, efficient, and careful. I will always recommend!
