ladies in office that scheduled our move were excellent. However, we had a piece of furniture that was damaged, a damage report was written up and we were told that someone would contact us in 24 - 48 hours(Ben) to take care of situation. Our move was on Tuesday 4/9. Had not been contacted by Friday 4/12 so I called office. Was told that the person(Ben) that handles damage reports works at Beavercreek office and would transfer my call, came back on line and said that they would give him message to call me. Called back on Monday 4/15 and was told that Ben was in a meeting but would give him message and have him call me. It is now 6:50 pm on Tuesday 4/16 and still no call from Ben. DOES BEN REALLY WORK FOR 2 MEN AND A TRUCK?

My homes flooring was left damaged with multiple scraps and gouges. I specifically asked during the walkthrough with the lead if they would pad the floor to prevent this and was told yes, they would. I was encouraged to buy insurance just in case, which I did and afterwards the lead told me “this is why I tell people to buy insurance.” But it’s still coming out of my paycheck. At the end the crew more than once tried to encourage me to leave a tip. I now have a flooring mess to repair and you want a tip!!!
I was honest & upfront about the exercise equipment I needed moved when I placed my order. I agreed to pay by your hourly rate and not once said “hurry up”. I paid the bill including the “so called insurance “ not that it is doing me any good. Who is going to pay me while I’m off ?

Movers did not want to take all items as was asked.
Scratched and broke many items
Put identifiable boxes in wrong location even after being told over and over again.

I've used your services for moves from one city to another as well as your labor services for the movement of furniture within my home. Each time my experience has been excellent. Nate and Jason were great to work with, they were hard working and so polite! The office staff also went out of their way to accommodate my move time because I was trying to move furniture out before my new furniture arrived. The move was a success and I was more than satisfied with the services I received. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

I was very impressed with the moving team's work ethic. They were professional and showed care and concern about the belongings they were entrusted to move. My only issue was it was not explained when I scheduled the move that insurance was an additional cost. All I was told was the company was fully insured against breakage and damage. I assumed that was in the quote I was given. Other than that I would highly recommend anyone moving to use Two men and a Truck.

Movers were polite and conscientious. I had a piece of furniture that was very fragile and they spent time to critically think through the best option. And, it arrived in one piece!

The team you sent was excellent! They worked very well together, and the driver packed/organized our truck like a sardine can! We still can't believe how much they fit in - and that's the biggest request we had. (Our last truck which we packed ourselves was nearly half empty in volume, and this is the biggest reason we wanted professional movers to load and pack this truck.) Your team also wrapped everything with great care - using moving blankets and plastic wrap on all furniture and taping every glass piece. Wonderful experience and will hire again!!

only comment i had is tha they arrived about 45 minutes later than requested and this was a first appt in the am.
