I was completely dissatisfied with the move..my bed was damaged by the movers..they took zero accountability and were very rude..they made me uncomfortable by sending a man to my home while I was alone..he was dismissive and treated me with disregard..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...two of the men (boys) looked very inexperienced...I wasted my money and they created a huge headache by the disrespect shown

The movers were very careful with my furniture. They are not like others movers- they are very mindful, very demure. Would recommend.

They did a wonderful job! We were very impressed with how quickly they moved our furniture (very large bookcases, a whole couch, etc) and offered to help open and clean up the boxes. They were polite and efficient. Thanks so much!

I told the lady that I had a bunk bed and I was never told that they can take it apart but can’t put it back together, had i known that, i would not have used the company. One of the movers were moving very slow carrying small items. I had to step in and start helping so i wouldn’t get extra charges for going over the time

The delivery guys were not thorough. Left wrapping on furniture. Did not put all the furniture back together and scratched/damaged some of my furniture. I did not like the fact that I had to sign all the paperwork before everything was unpacked and thoroughly reviewed. POOR PROCESS!

The team was called to unload a relocation trailer after a long and tiring cross country move. They beat me to the facility, were communicative the entire way, and were ready to go the moment the trailer was unlocked. Everything was unloaded, loaded in the house, and wrapped up quicker than I could have ever asked. Will definite be calling the local team for my next move!
