Niles and Roberto were on time, professional, helpful and the price was exactly what was quoted and discussed.

Some furniture was scratched up, chipped and some was left downstairs in the entrance.
They did have to take all the furniture down the stairs because the elevator stopped working Sunday evening.
The company did send Lest out to repair the furniture. He did a wonderful job. My table was broke and the company repaired it.
Also, Jody was concerned about my complaints.

They put my unfinished wood dresses and my boxes in the driveway as it started to rain

Overall, considering restraints caused by the elevator at the building we moved from, the movers performed in an expeditious and well organized manner. The estimated time ran over the time quoted due to a considerable amount of boxes not contemplated in the estimate. A few pieces of furniture were slightly damaged, but can be repaired. This could be expected. The men were polite and respectful and uncomplaining even though the time ran over by a few hours. Thank you ! Jon and Carol Thomas

I was really pleased with the service. The movers were very friendly, helpful, and efficient! The time was quoted at about 6 hours and they finished in 3.5 hours, so seeing that was nice.
My only complaint is that there were not additional boxes available. That may have been a misunderstanding on my end when I requested the services.
