I had trouble reaching the sales rep for deposit information and the next step. (Did not return emails or my phone call. ) After a week I called the office staff to inquire if maybe he was no longer with the company. The tried to reach him on the phone and he did not answer at that time either. The office staff was very professional and helpful Jesse took over and scheduled my move. Also helpful and professional when they called me to confirm a few days before the move. The movers were on time and finished under quoted time.

The fee charged by Two Men was about $100 higher than any of the other estimates we researched, but a timing matter made us utilize this company.
I had a couch that would have been a great donation for Habitat for Humanity but the office would not allow the movers to place it on the truck to drop off. It had to be put on the tree lawn as garbage. It was the day prior to a holiday, I was a late stop and the truck was pretty empty. Either the company supports HFH or it doesn't. It was wasteful and disappointing to see it not be better used.
Cant say enough about the two men who carried out the move.

I had purchased a vintage aged double oven/stove from Restore and it was too heavy for me to handle. Restore referred me to Two Men and a Truck for assistance. I called and learned the men would also help me move some heavy items from one part of my property to another. The pair team were friendly, neatly/cleanly dressed, worked well together and knew how to address my moving needs. They even pointed out to me some previous damage to wiring on my oven set they noticed (THANK YOU!!) Office staff who helped me via telephone also friendly and knowledgable, made the moving go smoothly and easily.

The movers exceeded all expectations! Considerate, efficient, unbelievably strong, friendly- I couldn't have asked for 2 better guys and I'm so thankful that they took meticulous care with everything.

Price is generally higher than other moving companies but in all my experiences with Two Men and a Truck, I've had very good movers. Saving a buck does not seem worth it to me to sacrifice the confidence that the guys Two Men send are always going to be professional.
