The guys were great and efficient. However, I discovered after they left that a piece of furniture was badly damaged. It was an antique cedar chest, and the surface had a 6 inch gouge, while the right front food had a 2×3 inch chunk of wood missing. The chest wasn't wrapped by them. Prior to the move it was flawless. Very disappointed.

The moving team was very nice and polite but they caused some damage and did not tell me. I had to bring it up to them as they were leaving. They filled out a damage claim without any problems. The company contacted me immediately and are in the process of getting everything fixed which is a plus. I just wish the movers had been up front about it. I heard them put the hole in my door but they said nothing. Other than that, everything was great.

There were a few dings on the wall from moving things and minor damage to one piece but over all I'm happy with the service

Movers did a pretty good job. Only 1 item was dropped and fell apart. Handful of tools went missing after move, claims department was unresponsive. At one point all three movers were on break and couldnt be found. Found one mover attempting to open a taped box. Price was fine. I won't use this company again.

Overall it was a good experience. My only complaint was the price going up. I thought Cindy quoted me 3 bedrooms not 2. I was very clear. That was frustrating having price increase

The team was very efficient. They arrived on time and worked very hard on a very hot day. Kept me informed all the way. There was a piece of furniture that was damaged. The door to the entertainment center broke off. Otherwise all was good.

A vase was broken, china cabinet was messed up and carpet got dirty. Men were nice enough, just need to be more careful protecting/covering furniture

everything went great except i missed one patio chair and my mattress box got stains

I had a great experience with you in the past. So I felt good using you again. It was a hot day so I tried to be understanding, gave them several times son ethnic to drink. They were there over 8 hoyrs. And once we got to the new place they were in a hurry. They miss handled my stuff. Took things out of my dresser & just threw them in random boxes my good jewelry that was in little boxes threw on my dinning room floor. Never put my furniture back together. Still am missing at least 2 boxes from my kitchen. I am truly upset. Have called the office many times. Getting no where. Plus my cost was twice the quote. Just awful....

Furniture damaged (legs busted off of an antique secretary). Several large items left at property (including my tv, packaged in original box for them!). After receiving clear direction and walk through at new property, everything was stuffed on first floor- including bedroom dressers! At seven months pregnant, I hired TMAT to do all of that lifting I simply can’t do. Now, 4 days into our new space, I’m still unable to situate our bedrooms because our dressers are in the living room! Language and behavior unprofessional. We’ve used TMAT in the past, and generally had a far more satisfactory experience. Very frustrating, will not be returning customers.
