The team was courtesy and respectful. Work was done timely. My dissatisfaction is because of the damage that was found on 5 pieces of furniture. For one piece that was damaged I explained that the marble comes off and it was left on which is why it was damaged. Listening is critical in any business. I was willing to let go one piece damaged but found several more. I have emailed photos to the company and haven't heard back which is disappointing.

The movers literally scratched or dented every piece of furniture we own. Did not use moving blankets. Never again

They young men were slow..they strolled. They ruined a lot of things and my new place and stuff was treated like trash in a junkyard. Many things were gouged, twisted and/or damaged. The warehouse complaint rep was apologetic and said they would rectify the situation after going through my experience step by step after I wrote an email and sent pictures. Now he will not return my call or answer my emails.

The Move took 2 hrs. longer that quoted. The Movers themselves were very slow and did not use the proper moving gear as experienced in the past. It has been 7 days and no response form my damage claim (very disappointing).

I'd never used a moving service before and I was stressed about the process. The 3 gentlemen who moved my stuff were incredibly polite, positive, and kind. They really made me feel better about the whole process and had a great attitude even despite the awful stairs in the place I was moving out of AND the rain. I marked their treatment of my stuff as "good" rather than "excellent" only because one of my dressers has a kind of big scratch on the top of it now, but I'm sure it happened despite their best efforts to keep everything safe because everything else was handled very gently. I will absolutely use Two Men and a Truck next time I move (hopefully not for awhile, though). THANK YOU!

5 out of 6 of the men were all that could be asked for. One team member was less than a hard worker. He packed delicate items poorly and although so far I have not found damage there I am not through unpacking. He did damage a piece of furniture he was working on and did not tell anyone. I will be getting a repair estimate and contact you.

The movers were very courteous, however very inexperienced. There is a huge tear in the couch, a large bedroom mirror is cracked, a piece of the bedroom set is damaged, and various scratches in furniture. A claim needs to be filed and you were to call in two days, so far no one has called.

The team was courteous and helpful but wow was the actual packing subpar. They labeled almost nothing, mixed up rooms in boxes, broke an irreplaceable piece of medical equipment, showed 0 regard for cleanliness, packed kids toys in a box and under cleaning products, did things like pack a high chair still dirty, and took down and packed smoke detectors. In unpacking, we have found dozens of boxes in the wrong rooms, a total lack of thought in making things accessible for unpacking, and a general apathy. We hired them to make our lives easier and less stressful. They made it more difficult and stressful. We will not use them again or recommend them to anyone we know.

I would have put excellent for all categories, however, a lock was jarred during the move on my credenza and I had to have a locksmith fix it. On one of my 2 drawer files the back was smashed in and the hanger inside prevented me from opening the file. Again, I had to have a locksmith repair it. However, the 3 young men who did the moving worked without stopping, were very courteous and flexible. Overall, I am very pleased with the company and will use again.

The transition from house to house went well until at the new house the guys should have taken off a door from the hinges to put my sofa bed in room and they hit the door off the hinge and broke the wood on it.
