The experience was very positive, but the initial estimate on how much we had to move was incorrect. The online system didn't account for our three car garage. This led to items not being moved, which we had to get later with another company. Otherwise, the office staff and the movers were great to work with.

Though we had a misunderstanding with how much material was going to two different locations - the customer service team was professional. We ended up making other arrangements for half of the material and two different trucks / days on the single location.

They were early!! I wasn't ready for them, indeed, I wasn't even home! But still, I was very pleased AND they finished early, which saved me a lot of money. When I used them before there were only 2 men, as your name suggests. But, it did cost me more. This time there were 3 and everything went faster and saved me a lot of $. That I liked and appreciated!

I was given an arrival window between 4-6 PM. The crew didn't arrive until 6:17 PM, and was not notified that they would be late. Other than that, the service was excellent.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent from my first inquiry with Emily in the office to our last good bye of our moving team: Steven, Tyler, and James. Every staff member I talked to or worked with was professional, courteous, and kind. I especially appreciated how I was informed of what to expect every step of the way. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone who is moving...the entire experience was positive and actually enjoyable!

Fast, and friendly. Did an amazing job moving my home when it was freezing out! Highly recommend!

Very good experience with all personnel. Office staff were pleasant and were the number one reason we went with 2 Men and a Truck. The guys that loaded the truck were friendly and quick. No complaints and we would use them again.
