The lady who gave me the quote and scheduled my move was like talking to a friend. The gentlemen who moved my furniture and family heirlooms were very careful to wrap everything so there would be no damages while traveling. They were very professional and great guys! The move went very smoothly. I appreciate the movers' professional, courteous, helpful manner. There wasn't a mark on any of my things nor on the walls or woodwork of my old or new homes. I would highly recommend this company.

This was a difficult move for my daughter and I. We were leaving our family home and my ex and his girlfriend were moving into the house. My daughter is a teenager and had grownup in this house. I knew moving day would be hard on her. A big farm to a two bedroom apartment...oh my! When 2 Men and a Truck pulled in we were in for a surprise. They made moving day an absolute joy. They had my daughter and I laughing and singing. She spent the day with a smile on her face that spread from ear to ear. All 4 guys were so kind to us and made moving day so much fun (I ask...how is that possible?) The tears I was worried about my daughter having never came. One of the guys told her it would be like moving to a big city like NYC (well that sold her!) She was thrilled! Thank you! Thank you!

The office staff were amazing. That part was very easy. They sent one large truck and 3 men. Overall, we weren’t happy with the moving portion. The “lead” for our move was surely not a lead at all. They were all very nice, but 2 of the 3 are in the wrong profession. We felt like we made things as easy as possible for them. Yet it still took them 6 hours. The job was quoted for 5.5, but we moved a lot of stuff before they arrived. Even the lead said he doesn’t think it will take 5.5 hrs at the beginning of the move. Their communication wasn’t good at all. For the amount of money spent I don’t feel like we should have had to jump in. But if we would not have it would have been 10 hrs. Also, they took a break which was fine, but still charged us for that time. Overall, I was disappointed.

I called in and told how excellent they did and I was extremely pleased. They were very respectful, careful, thorough and were very knowledgeable with your procedures of wrapping and moving. Great team!!!
