Dakota and Derek we're awesome! They took great care of my belongings. They were very professional, courteous and motivated. Emily in the office was also wonderful. Very professional and personable.

Overall poor communication at all levels; words and actions did not align; slow to respond to issues. For these reasons mentioned I would not recommend or hire again in the future.

The scheming process was great. Accommodated us when needed to move. The men were punctual and very pleasant and took great care with our things. Although, somehow a pice of wooden furniture was deeply gouged when it arrived at the destination. I would appreciate that being taken care of. When I pointed it out, the one gentleman was quite defensive. It had obviously just been done by the gouge and splintering of the wood. We filled out the paperwork, and his demeanor changed from before. Iandacirc;??m not sure how it happened, but he seemed to take it personally. I was highly satisfied with their service, accidents happen. I would definitely use this service again.

The men were late. Very unprofessional and broke my things. They made this stressful time even worse. Plus one of the men were sick and kept telling us this and now my whole family is sick!

Office staff screwed up the scheduling...movers arrived 3 hours late - moving crew did not know about my move until 15 minutes before they got to my house to start. Office not really apologetic, although the movers were. Bad, bad experience. Used the Akron branch before and WOULD recommend them.

I had used Two Men and a Truck with a previous move and was very satisfied, but this time was even BETTER. What a great moving team we had! The move involved more than one location. Each member of the moving team was courteous, congenial, and very respectful. One of them actually greeted my 80-year old mother by stating, andquot;Hello, young lady. Very nice to meet you.andquot; She just beamed. It made her day - and mine, too. -Debbie

The only issue I had was the floor covering that was done. Had nothing to use on stairs and did not cover paths to all rooms like it should have been. Overall, good guys, very careful.

Our Two Men and a Truck team was Daniel and Derrick, and they were wonderful, very professional. They got right to work, moved so fast and efficiently that I couldn't keep up with them!! I am kind of OCD and had to ask them to move this or that a few inches left or right and without any hesitation they moved what ever I needed moved. After moving everything into our new home they asked several times if there was anything else they could do for me. If I ever move again or know someone that needs to move I will surely tell them about Two Men and a Truck, especially Daniel and Derrick!!! Great team!! The office staff is excellent!! Very helpful and patient. Always eager to help and make sure we had everything we needed to make our move successful and without problems. Thanks to all.
