I was in quick need to have a couple of pieces of furniture moved. My time frame was short and Two Men and a Truck were able to meet that need superbly. The men arrived in the time frame given and took excellent care in moving an old wooden rocker, and a huge heavy armoire. The quote given to me by the very pleasant office ladies was spot on and I felt reasonable. I will use them again when the time comes! (And don't be afraid to call back with questions. I did three times and each time was made to feel it was no problem.)

Arrived on time, worked quickly, took care to do no damage. Worth every cent.

The movers were available earlier than expected. They called, but I wasn't home yet so they agreed to come at the right time. All three men worked hard throughout the move. The only issue that arose was upon completion of the move, the lead person reviewed the charges. I was quite surprised that there was a $240 charge for "valuation" which I hadn't heard about in my discussions with the person I had talked with on the phone. The lead man explained that it was to cover insurance in case something should happen during the move. I feel that charge is excessive. The move was only 3 miles door to door. The issue is the fact that it was not mentioned up front. I went back reread the summary which did show the estimated valuation but the person should have explained that charge on the phone.

Daniel and the team did a good job for me in moving the furniture which I needed move. It had lots of corners for them to negotiate with the furniture and steps made it even more challenging.... They worked hard and were very helpful when I added things to the list. I appreciated the way they worked and their desire to accommodate my wants.

I called two men & a truck because I was recently transferred to a new store & needed to be move ASAP & my house closed and had to be out. The company my company normally uses took days to call back on availability & then had nothing until after I had to be out of my home. I called & the woman who answered was very nice, great attitude & accommodating/ understanding my time crunch &went the extra mile to get a early appointment backed up & squeezed me in two days later. The team called & let me know they were on their way. I showed them what was going & they quickly had it wrapped loaded & we were on the road. The local manager called me to ensure the team was taking care of me & there were no issues. I was quickly unloaded, & my beds were put together for me. Whole experience was amazing

My move involved several stops to drop off furniture items. Two of the stops were at my daughters' homes. Both commented on how well the furniture was wrapped and how polite and courteous the movers were. My oldest daughter had just had a move the past year and felt Two Men and A Truck did a superior job to the movers she had used.

Overall, very poor experience. Movers left many items behind in our residence, including critical items like an entire closet of clothes for a 4 year old, along with expensive items like a table saw, etc, and never called to notify us. We had to request they turn around and go back to get all of our items. They also told us they leave items behind all the time. Our parents were at our house until 11pm while they sorted out the mess. They strapped a kids jeep onto the back of the track (serious danger on the highway) and damaged many of our items with huge gouges. Boxes had contents spilled all over the truck which we had to pick up. Despite paying for the unload, my family and I unloaded half the truck ourselves. Workers were worked too long & too hard. Overall a terrible experience.
