The day went very smoothly. Crew arrived on time and got us loaded quickly. We added more stuff to our move which meant we exceeded the estimate provided but we still feel we got a good value. The move crew were excellent, good natured and hard working.

The people where kind to work with . The men who came to work were friendly and worked hard but damaged my furniture. I realized after the move and called the service men. They told me I refused insurance and wrapping of my furniture that I didn't see needed if they were careful drivers. Doing this would have cost me more money. I moved an entire apt to Athens Ohio for my daughter's college and damaged nothing. Not a scratch and I am not a professional mover. Two men and a truck did nothing about my damage which caused me to be very dissatisfied! Had they have done something to resolve this , this would be a much different review.

The office said ETA between 8am. My email ETA said between 2 -3pm. When did they arrive? 730pm. it was dark, took much longer, so the bill was higher (surprise). The police even showed up because it was so dark and suspicious. Talk about inconvenient!!! I didn't receive a phone call saying they would be late. I had to reschedule a business meeting and missed my daughter's recital. I deserve a partial refund. I'll never use this company again.

The team arrived later than schedule (by nearly 45 mins) but when they arrived the literally ran the entire time.
They were patient with my wife at the new house as she directed them where to put things.
They were honest about damage that occurred and immediately reported it to the super.
One gentleman kept going back to the truck to make calls, I assume we work related but idk.
Overall we are satisfied with the company. Having never used movers before this was a satisfactory first experience.

Office staff had poor communication with the movers. Movers went to the incorrect address right from the start. Movers were acceptable, but you really should send someone out to the houses for an estimate. The movers were not familiar with a treadmil. If you say you are a moving company then your movers should be familiar with items in a home. I am former military and this was by far the worst move my family and I have every experienced. I rate the entire move as a 3 out of 10. ONLY BECAUSE OF THE 3 MEN THAT WORKED THEIR TAILS OFF TO MOVE US.
