Overall everything was really good. My only complaint was not having someone explain they wouldn't take boxes (or laundry baskets) without lids or garment bags full of clothes. I ended up moving that stuff myself, but if I had known I would've packed differently.

I really don't like moving..at all. This company and its team were excellent in moving me out not only fast but neatly . It took them 1 hour to move me to my new home ( on the second floor#impressive) they didn't make a mess and they were very polite. I would definitely use this moving company again. I thought the two men team did an excellent job. I think the service was overpriced but I needed to choose because of scheduling. I am unclear why such a large truck was sent but again do not fault the moving team as they did an excellent, professional and careful job. I would use the team again. I fear the truck was too big for the job which is why the price was so high. Regardless, I will take more care in the future to compare prices.

I would have rated the experience as excellent, but the truck was filled twice and things were still left behind for us to move. It was late in the evening (as they were sent to move a 4 bedroom home at 11am) . So we had to move two mowers, an outdoor fireplace, grill, box, and paintings ourselves at another date.

I was very overwhelmed with my move, but Two Men and a Truck helped make it manageable. They did everything they could to make my moving experience easier and to reassure me that it would be ok!

Throughout the entire process - from analyzing our needs through the move and ultimately following up on the move, everyone was excellent. The office staff (including the Operations Manager) was excellent with assisting in all aspects of scheduling the move and following up on inquiries. The moving team leader and his team were all conscientious and took personal ownership in the move. The Operation Manager was onsite for part of the move and followed up to insure all inquiries were properly and promptly addressed.

We got 2 estimates and after meeting with John we did not compare prices because he was so through and easy to work with our decision was made. Kayla was a wonderful representative of your company also. She answered every one of my 100 (just kidding, more like 10) emails. Tommy, Jermaine & Martese, what a team. From the moment they got off the truck to the moment they left our new home they were respectful, pleasant, efficient and worked together like a team should. They treated me with the utmost respect and we even had a few good laughs. They treated my furniture as if were theirs. Quick wrapping and loading and unloading made the time go fast and smooth. Kuddos to each employee from Two Men and a Truck.

Nov.30 movers Ell A. Aaron S. and Marteze J. Arrived on time,introducted themselves and started to carefully move,load and wrap contents of my friend’s home. They competently unloaded items and proceded up to her new 4th story apartment and skillfully moved them to her downsized apartment. They were pleasant the whole time while dealing with an uncooperative elevator. I would highly recommend them and your company to anyone needing moving assistance.

The move took twice as long as expected. There were a couple newer guys on the job that could have hustled more during the job.
