The team was efficient and hard-working. Two negative though:
1. They didn't use the hand truck to brink the small freezer up from the basement.
2. There was some marks and gouges on the walls from the upstairs bedrooms. I did not notice these until after the team had left.

Service was great however our buffet was damaged in the move. Their service department is coming out soon to assess so hopefully they can fix it.

I had two previous experiences with 2 Men and they were both excellent. This one however, was the polar opposite. Several pieces of my furniture were damaged (mostly by the same individual) and with the move taking so long I feel like anyone would loose steam. That said, most of my damage happened prior to my furniture arriving at my new home and it was extensive in terms of gouges (both to my dining table and my custom ping pong table). I feel like 2 of the three guys were very careful, wrapping and with moving but the same guy either caused the damage or didn't wrap something to save time and thus resulted in damage. While pleasant and hardworking for the most part these were very avoidable and the guy who caused it wasn't the one who apologized, the others did. Very disappointed!

Hello, Three young men came to move my piano. They took some time discussing how they were to move it and you could tell they were uncertain and not confident in the process. Although they were polite to me and friendly, they did not seem experienced and capable. They damaged my piano by wrapping it with the book stand upright, which immediately snapped it. I'm told that Two Men and a Truck will send a "woodworker" to repair the damage, but the damage does not appear reparable. I need to buy a replacement music stand. When the moving team arrived at my new residence they backed the truck up into my power lines that are strung down the side of my street. We hollered at them to bring this to their attention. The power lines were pulled down lower but not brought down completely or broken.

Overall they did well. They did misplace both of our bed frames, and they were not returned for 3 days. They also gouged the wall where they were moving the furniture from in 3 separate places to the point where we will have to mud and repaint the areas. The movers were very efficient and friendly.

For most part move went, unfortunately there were damages to two pieces of furniture and the floors in the house hold. If the claims process goes smoothly and things are repaired to our satisfaction the overall experience will have been good.

Overall, the move went well. However, the movers did puncture a screen door in addition to putting a dent in a couple walls.

We were very pleased with the overall service, professionalism, and attitude of TMAAT. Our team went above and beyond to make all our items fit. Unfortunately large sectionals and small doorways don’t always go together :(
My only disappointment was we found that a dresser had been wedged into a closet doorway, the paint was scratched in 2 places and a knob was broken.
We moved from a large house with high ceilings, large rooms, and wide hallways and stairways into a much smaller farmhouse with low ceilings, small rooms and steep narrow stairways. My greatest compliment is we know the guys struggled with some of our larger furniture. By the end, they had smashed toes, and bloody knuckles but through it all I didn’t hear a single 4-letter word!! To me, that was very impressive!!!
