We had items that required special care and a household to move and condense into a storage unit. The team of Jawward, Edward, and Bryan really did an amazing job. It was an exhausting amount of work that they accomplished. At the end of the move-and a very intensive afternoon-two furniture pieces did get chipped as a result of the “rough texture” on the truck loading ramp. The guys were apologetic and considerate; they even recovered the small veneer chipped pieces. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the level of service we received.
Jawward, Edward, and Bryan are a great team, and they actually made the move pleasurable (if moving can be enjoyable!) We will request the same team when we move from the storage unit.

First phone wonderful, all information accurate for quote , Movers were 2 hours late, called @ 11 said they would be here in an hour, by 1:30 I called to see where they were, Dispatch did not know, Drivers called At 1:50 they could not find me. arrived by 2, They were Fantastic!! Cared about my furniture, Great job, Following me to location, 35 on freeway (if to protect furniture ok) However I have moved furniture and it felt more like making it take longer since jobs are paid by the hour. Time to pay, They would not take my check, Women said I was told they do not take checks, NOT TRUE, If told I would have had company debt card with, supplied card # issues , travel back to first location for new chk (since I voided first) drivers did 80 on freeway then, I wasted 10 hrs on a 2 hr job

The experience was great in every way. The office staff were personable, the gentleman that came to my home do the estimate was on time, polite, and informative, and the movers were fast, polite, and on time.

While the moving team was friendly, I was paying by the hour and I was very surprised at their pace and sense of expediency. They moved very very slowly, wasted time, took much longer than was necessary. I did not think I would have to supervise them the entire time, that is why I hired a professional team rather than workers, but clearly not doing so meant that they wasted time while no one was watching. It would have been different if there was a flat fee, but since I was paying hourly it was clear they were just trying to hike up the bill. Horrible experience, I have used Two Men and a Truck multiple times in other cities, and this was very disappointing. I was grateful the office team was flexible and helpful, I had an emergency and they were able to reschedule, so that was nice.
